The second desert is Flan de Cajeta (Creme Caramel).
If there is anything we need which is not in the pantry - please let the blog manager know by Wednesday morning latest.
We are planning to make four 14 inch x 26 inch pans.

Here's the ingredient list for the Flan:
12-1/2 cups white sugar
37 eggs
12-1/2 (14 ounce) cans sweetened condensed milk
12-1/2 (12 fluid ounce) cans evaporated milk
3/4 cup and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
We need to buy:
37 eggs
12-1/2 (14 ounce) cans sweetened condensed milk
12-1/2 (12 fluid ounce) cans evaporated milk
This will make 100 servings, so we should get 25 servings per pan. I'll make them and bake them off on Sunday. See you then!
